  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet and layer with cheddar cheese and turkey bacon.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.
