  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.

  5. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions and drain.
