- 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
