Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 10 popsicle sticks
  • mini chocolate chips for eyes

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert popsicle sticks into the cut end of each banana half.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Dip each banana half into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Place the chocolate-covered bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Before the chocolate sets, place mini chocolate chips on each banana to create eyes.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Serve the Banana Ghost Pops chilly and enjoy!

Notes
