Baked Potato Slices

Deliciously crispy baked potato slices topped with turkey bacon and gooey cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  7. Remove the potato slices from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and crumbled turkey bacon, and return to the oven.
  8. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped green onions on top before serving.
