BAKED FETA PASTA

A delicious vegetarian dish that combines creamy baked feta with pasta for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 400 grams pasta of choice
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, until the feta is melted and tomatoes are bursting.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Combine the baked feta mixture with the cooked pasta.
  6. Toss with fresh basil and serve warm.
