Baked Eggs Napoleon

A delightful recipe that combines the flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, served in a unique baked egg dish.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 100 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 150 grams chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Grease a baking dish and pour the egg mixture into it.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and freshly cooked turkey bacon.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
