1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
